Hi, I'm Brad — founder and creator of Lilypad.link.

I've spent over 10 years in organic search and content marketing, helping businesses grow through SEO and digital strategy. But for most of that time, the real goal was simpler: build something of my own that actually mattered to people.

The freelance and creator community is full of exceptionally talented professionals — designers, consultants, coaches, fractional executives — who are genuinely great at what they do, but spending too much time chasing work rather than doing it. I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant people posting consistently on LinkedIn, building real audiences, and then sending those followers nowhere. No booking page. No CTA. Just content floating into the void.

Lilypad came from that frustration.
