Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lilypad (lilypad.link), a service operated by Bradleigh Ward, trading as Lilypad, a sole trader registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Lilypad, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Lilypad Is

Lilypad lets you build a single conversion-focused landing page ("your page") from a pre-built template, hosted at a custom lilypad.link address, with basic analytics on views and click-through.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid email address. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lilypad.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Lilypad is offered on a subscription basis at the price shown on our pricing page at the time you sign up.

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Your payment card is required to start a trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged the subscription fee, and billing will continue monthly until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not retroactively refund a charge that has already been processed, except as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Your Content

You're responsible for the content you put on your page — text, photos, links, and any other material you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use anything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

You retain ownership of your content. We don't claim any rights over what you create, beyond what's needed to host and display your page as part of the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lilypad to:

• Publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful
• Impersonate another person or business without authorisation
• Send spam or use the platform to facilitate scams
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the service or other users' pages
• Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, without refund, where the violation is serious or repeated.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Lilypad available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service down temporarily for maintenance, updates, or due to issues outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lilypad is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of business, leads, or revenue.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Termination

You may stop using Lilypad and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, or where we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of Lilypad after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
